Whopper of the Week –
Seabiscuit – 34lb yellowtail caught by Mike Lewis of Santa Barbara
Finally! Mother Nature gave us an almost full week of good fishing weather!!! The boats were out full force rockfishing. The inner islands and coastal regions producing limits of nice size Reds and Chuckleheads. The counts also included some lingcod and a decent amount of white fish. Later in the week showed signs of Calico Bass bite starting to come alive. As for the outer island report, they have had limits of rockfish and near limits of lingcod.
